Resource Description

In this learning sequence, students investigate one of the trendiest things on earth – food - and develop flavours to be devoured. They are challenged to envision, design and cook a sample of sustainable food selections, and they then sell their ‘pitch’ as part of a food technologies and sustainability ‘Pitch’ competition.
