'Teaching the basics brilliantly': Nationals' grand plan to overhaul education

National Party leader Christopher Luxon unveiled his plan to “teach the basics brilliantly” today, which involves re-writing the curriculum and a minimum requirement for time spent teaching reading, writing and maths.
