Here's a way to bring inquiry projects to life in your primary school classroom – add a touch of genius. For the past three years, Years 4-6 teachers from Melbourne’s St Michael’s Grammar School have been running Genius Hour. It’s a global movement sparked by a Google work practice.
“The context of each project isn’t as important as having students self-regulate and monitor their own learning,” Year 6 teacher Emmet Nichols says.
