Remote families welcome new national code for boarding school students

National Cabinet has agreed to a national code to make travel between states easier for boarding school students during COVID lockdowns.

Regional Education Minister Bridget McKenzie said she has received “harrowing” stories from boarding families separated by lockdowns.
