Movers, Shakers & Policy Makers - Matt Strawbridge, entrepreneur, founder Dyslexia Potential (now Peoply)
As a school student, Matt Strawbridge found himself at the bottom of his class for a number of years. But when the young New Zealander began to understand his dyslexia, he unlocked strengths he never knew he had. The 20-year-old Wellingtonian is the founder of Peoply, a tech education business designed to support and empower children who think differently, who lack confidence or feel disengaged with traditional schooling. He has shared a stage with Sir Richard Branson, was the youngest ever finalist for Young New Zealander of the Year at 15, and launched Dyslexia Potential (now Peoply) at just 13 years of age. Now he invests everything he’s got into helping young dyslexic children around the world discover their ‘superpowers’.
