Simon is the Associate Director at Real Schools and is responsible for School Partnerships. Before joining the Real Schools Team, Simon was the Principal at a Secondary College in South West Victoria where he led the significant task of merging the two local secondary colleges to form one school. For the 10 years, he worked hard to shape the culture of the school, build strong relationships with the entire community and improve the outcomes of all students.
