The New Zealand Secondary Teacher Collective Agreement with the Ministry of Education is an issue at the forefront of the Post Primary Teachers’ Association (PPTA). With the current employment agreement due to conclude on June 30, negotiations will see the conditions of employment, salary rates and rights and entitlements for PPTA members in secondary schools, intermediates and technology centres under the spotlight again.
