Pam’s career has focused on educational leadership, as an Industry Professor, Education Director (formerly in Hong Kong and in New South Wales); a School Development Officer; secondary school Principal. She has authored peer-reviewed publications, four leadership titles including Action and Reflection Tools for Busy School Leaders, Wise Heads and Wise Hearts, Leadership in Education: Learning from Experience and her book written in partnership with NSW Secondary Principals and released in September 2020 School Leadership: A Reality Check. Pam is the author of the monograph Leadership: Circles of Trust. In addition to her writing, Pam’s recent focus has been professional learning programs on leadership and will be presenting at the 2020 Corwin Professional Learning Conference.
