Teacher wellbeing has emerged as an increasingly important consideration for schools, education departments, and broader society. Contemporary media often focuses on the negative aspects of teacher wellbeing; however, it is critical to also consider positive aspects of teachers’ wellbeing and how to promote it. Here we explore 'job crafting' as a way to do this.
