Helena Granziera

Helena Granziera is a PhD student in the Faculty of Education at the University of New South Wales, Australia. Helena is particularly interested in the psychological processes underpinning teacher wellbeing, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction, and how such factors relate to student outcomes. Helena’s methodological interests include structural equation modelling, confirmatory factor analysis, and latent profile analysis. Helena began her career as a health education teacher, and spent four years teaching gifted and talented students in primary school.
