How to promote a culture of change at your school

The strength of an ICT culture within a school is a very powerful force in determining the direction of a school. It must be one that has a strong belief that using ICT can promote teaching and learning. What then can educational leaders, including ICT coordinators, do to promote change at their schools?

With over 10 years experience as an ICT teacher, I have taught and learnt how to effectively develop student ICT skills in the classroom.
