Handling of bullying in the ACT 'frustrating, inadequate and disappointing'

The ACT Education Directorate has been presented with a litany of recommendations to stamp out violence and bullying in territory schools, after a parliamentary inquiry heard evidence that some parents’ complaints were ignored.
