'Elitist and exclusive': AEU slams new drought relief package for non-government schools

The Federal Government has announced a $10 million drought relief package to non-government schools affected by ongoing drought conditions.

AEU Federal president Correna Haythorpe noted that "more than 80% of students in rural and remote areas are in public schools and they are deeply impacted by drought."
