We all know that the wellbeing of school staff is paramount to effective teaching and learning as well as helping to reduce the exodus of teachers through the mitigation of burnout, stress, and absenteeism.

Trying to enhance staff wellbeing and encouraging help-seeking can be hit and miss and can often be a case of ‘Here are some resources. Go for it’.
