Schools are full of unsung heroes – those who don’t necessarily teach, but who form part of the team creating positive, safe environments for students. Often these workers go unrecognised, and I am sure, sometimes feel undervalued in schools where the focus is largely on teaching and learning, and consequently teaching staff.
