    Due to increasing demand, we are looking to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated Level 2 and Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support pupils across a variety of year groups and educational settings.

    General Teaching Assistant

    1:1 Teaching Assistant

    Provide focused support to individual pupils, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential.

    SEN Teaching Assistant

    Work closely with pupils with additional needs, delivering tailored support and helping them access the curriculum effectively.

    Intervention Teaching Assistant

    Support small groups of pupils with targeted interventions designed to boost confidence, attainment, and progress.

    What We're Looking For

    We would love to hear from candidates who:

  • Hold a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Have a passion for supporting children's learning and development
  • Work effectively as part of a team and independently when required
  • Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can support a range of learning abilities and needs
  • Follow and uphold school behaviour policies and safeguarding procedures
  • Are adaptable, proactive, and eager to make a positive difference in the classroom

    • Previous experience is welcomed but not essential for all roles.
