Step Into Your Next Chapter:
- You will be working in a team of people who are responsible for the safe and secure environment away from home for secondary students in a boarding setting.
- You will monitor and liaise with students, parents and school on a regular basis to support and mentor students as they progress through school, ensuring their health and pastoral care needs are met.
- The ideal applicant should have experience in working with adolescents in a boarding school campus. Current First Aid training or a willingness to obtain a First Aid certificate, the possession of a Working with Children Blue Card and a car licence are mandatory.
- The successful applicant will have to undergo a Criminal History Check before employment commences. A willingness to obtain a LHR bus licence is required.
- This is a 24hr, seven day facility with staff rostered on a variety of shifts throughout the week and the weekend during school terms. This includes active/awake night shifts for each staff member.
