We are looking for a motivated person to join our Administrative Team in the role of Student Receptionist. This position is responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative support services in a variety of tasks to maintain and enhance the effective operation of our College. This person will be required to use various software applications to effectively process and maintain accurate records. They will also be responsible for maintaining filing and records, communication with students and parents in our community, and the monitoring of attendance. Previous experience with Eminerva would be an advantage, along with experience in First Aid and Student Medication management. Training will be provided in above mentioned areas.
To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:
- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
