Based in Bedale, Northallerton, Richmond, Catterick, Ripon or surrounding areas? We're looking for caring and reliable people to support children and young people within a specialist school in Bedale.

The school supports pupils across a broad age range with additional needs, including autism and moderate to severe learning difficulties.

Who we're looking for

We'd love to hear from:

  • Teaching Assistants / Learning Support Assistants
  • Care & Support Workers
  • Youth Workers
  • Children's Residential Support Workers
  • Autism/SEN Support Workers
  • Sports Coaches
  • Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies and related graduates

    • Previous school experience is desirable but isn't essential for every opportunity. Patience, empathy, reliability and a genuine desire to support young people are key.

    You'll work alongside teaching and support staff to help pupils:

  • Develop communication and independence
  • Engage positively with school
  • Receive individual or small-group support
