Are you a Level 6 Qualified Early Years Teacher with leadership experience and a passion for outdoor learning?

We are recruiting for a unique nature-based educational setting on the edge of Dartmoor. This role offers the opportunity to combine teaching, leadership and management while supporting children through creative, outdoor learning experiences.

The Role

  • Lead the daily running of the setting.

  • Support and manage a small team.

  • Deliver engaging outdoor learning.

  • Oversee curriculum planning and EYFS standards.

  • Maintain safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.

  • Build relationships with families and professionals.

  • Support staff development and manage key administration.

    • Requirements

  • Level 6 Early Years qualification.

  • QTS desirable.

  • Leadership experience in Early Years or Primary education.

  • Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge.

  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.

  • Full UK driving licence.

  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain).
