Veritas Education are working in partnership with an Outstanding secondary school in Lytham who are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Religious Education Teacher from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded school with excellent behaviour, strong leadership, and a supportive Humanities department. The successful candidate will teach Religious Education across Key Stages 3 and 4 on a full-time basis for the entire academic year.

The role will involve:

  • Teaching RE to KS3 and KS4 students
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons
  • Assessing, monitoring and supporting student progress
  • Contributing positively to the wider school community
  • Working closely with an experienced and supportive department

    • The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Religious Education in a secondary setting
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A passion for inspiring young people
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
