The Role

  • Supporting and inspiring children through engaging play and learning experiences
  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
  • Building meaningful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Observing and monitoring children's progress in line with the EYFS framework
  • Encouraging children's confidence, independence, and curiosity
  • Working as part of a dedicated and supportive team

    • What We're Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience within a nursery or early years setting
  • A caring, positive, and professional approach
  • A genuine passion for helping children learn and develop
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
