About the Role

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a specialist SEN primary school in Lambeth from September. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and committed to supporting pupils with additional needs to thrive both academically and emotionally.

You will be responsible for delivering a broad and balanced primary curriculum, carefully adapted to meet the individual needs of pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties. This is a permanent position, offering long-term stability within a supportive and well-resourced SEN setting.

About You

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in a Primary setting (SEN experience desirable but not essential)
  • A nurturing, flexible, and patient approach to teaching
  • Strong ability to differentiate learning to support individual pupil needs
  • Effective classroom management and communication skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and pupil wellbeing
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and families
  • Applications are welcome from experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with a strong interest in SEN education.
