Veritas Education is currently recruiting Nursery Practitioners to support a range of welcoming nurseries across Leeds. We are looking for both Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners and unqualified candidates with experience working with children who are ready to make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting children's learning and development through fun, engaging play and activities
  • Creating a safe, caring, and stimulating environment
  • Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Supporting observations and children's learning journeys
  • Encouraging children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing
  • Following safeguarding and welfare procedures at all times

    • Requirements:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, or
  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery, school, childcare, or similar setting
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's development
  • Understanding of the EYFS framework is beneficial but not essential
