This opportunity is ideal for both qualified practitioners and those with practical childcare experience who are looking for flexibility. It's also well-suited to anyone returning to early years or wanting to stay connected to the sector without committing to fixed hours.

What we're looking for:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, or relevant childcare experience
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
  • Confidence supporting outdoor and play-based learning
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's development and wellbeing
  • Basic safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to learn)
