Nursery Officer (CACHE Level 3)

About the Role
As a nursery practitioner / nursery nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality care, learning, and development for children aged 0-5. Our nursery practitioners and nursery nurses ensure that every child feels safe, valued, and supported to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional care and education as a nursery practitioner or nursery nurse in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and age‑appropriate activities across all seven areas of learningObserve, assess, and contribute to children's learning journeys and development plans as a professional nursery practitionerMaintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment, adhering to safeguarding, health & safety, and hygiene proceduresBuild strong, positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleagues as a trusted nursery nurseWork collaboratively as part of a dedicated team of nursery practitioners and nursery nurses to meet Ofsted and organisational standardsParticipate in staff meetings, training, and continuous improvement activitiesWhat We're Looking For
CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education & Childcare (or equivalent) - essentialExperience working as a nursery practitioner or nursery nurse in an early years settingStrong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child developmentA warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach with excellent communication skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamA strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfareWhat We Offer
