About the Role:We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Practitioner to join our team in Keighley. This is a full-time position, working 4 days a week, with a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of children in our care. The role is set to start in December, offering a dynamic and rewarding environment where you can further develop your childcare career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support the children's development.
  • Work closely with the team to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Maintain records of children's progress and development.

    • About You:

  • Must hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in childcare settings is essential.
  • Passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
  • Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with both staff and parents.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development.
