We are currently recruiting for a friendly, well-established nursery in Leeds that is looking to welcome a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to their team. Whether you're seeking full-time or part-time work, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive setting that truly values its staff and provides a nurturing environment for young children to learn and develop.

As a Nursery Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting children's day-to-day learning and development, helping to create a safe, engaging, and positive environment where every child can thrive.

The role will involve:

  • Supporting children through play-based learning and activities
  • Assisting with daily routines and care needs
  • Encouraging children's social, emotional, and physical development
  • Working closely with colleagues to provide high-quality childcare
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff

  • Has a genuine passion for working with children
  • Is caring, reliable, and enthusiastic
  • Works well as part of a team
  • Has previous childcare or nursery experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Holds a relevant childcare qualification (advantageous but not essential)
