Immediate Start | Full-Time Positions | Long-Term Opportunities

A welcoming primary school in the Garstang area is looking to recruit three full-time Teaching Assistants to join their team immediately. Due to the rural location of the school, a driver with access to a vehicle is essential.

Year 3 Teaching Assistant

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • Supporting teaching and learning within a Year 3 class
  • Assisting with small group interventions and classroom activities
  • Working closely with the class teacher to support pupil progress

    • EYFS Teaching Assistant

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • Supporting children within the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Assisting with phonics, early language development and creative learning activities
  • Helping to create an engaging and nurturing learning environment

    • SEN Teaching Assistant

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • Supporting pupils with additional needs
  • Providing one-to-one and small group support as required
  • Working alongside teachers and SEND staff to promote positive outcomes for pupils

    • The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have previous experience working within a school or classroom setting
  • Be enthusiastic, patient and adaptable
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be committed to supporting children's learning and development
  • Hold a driving licence and have access to transport due to the school's location
