The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering engaging and challenging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Planning and preparing lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Assessing, recording and reporting on student progress.
  • Creating a positive classroom environment that promotes learning and achievement.
  • Supporting students of varying abilities to reach their full potential.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and school leaders.

    • The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching Mathematics within a secondary school setting.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • A commitment to raising standards and improving outcomes for all students.
  • The ability to inspire, motivate and engage learners.
