About the Role
As the Manager, Program Engagement you will:

  • Support the Program engagement requirements for significant and complex HR systems implementation, to achieve successful business outcomes.
  • Lead the development, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of stakeholder engagement and capability uplift strategies, initiatives and activities to support HR systems implementation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establish, build and maintain positive, productive relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and support the development of a range of stakeholder engagement and capability uplift strategies, initiatives and activities in support of business priorities and objectives.
  • Provide high level strategic advice and support to senior officers on matters impacting stakeholder engagement to support understanding, collaboration, successful delivery and a positive organisational culture.

About You:
You will have demonstrated:

  • Experience in delivering large scale complex transformation projects within a HR environment or similar.
  • Proven success in working as a leader in a high performing team while ensuring quality human and financial resource management practices are adhered to.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication and negotiations skills at a senior level.
  • The ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders and other partners to achieve required outcomes.
  • Highly developed research, analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills including the ability to plan, manage and implement strategic solutions in managing outcomes for a large-scale project.
  • Ability to understand project management methodology and support critical project related activities.
