About the Role:
The successful applicant will play a key role in developing industry partnerships, coordinating work experience and apprenticeship opportunities, promoting vocational pathways, and supporting students to achieve positive career outcomes. This position is ideal for a proactive communicator who is passionate about building strong networks, engaging with industry and supporting young people to explore future career pathways.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and promote School Based Apprenticeships, vocational training and work experience opportunities for students.
- Build strong partnerships with employers, training providers, schools, industry and community organisations.
- Support student recruitment, career readiness and transition-to-work pathways.
- Monitor student participation, progress and program outcomes within vocational education pathways.
- Contribute to marketing, stakeholder engagement, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with relevant apprenticeship and traineeship legislation, policies and procedures.
