Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and embed whole-school inclusive teaching practices and differentiation strategies
- Oversee and strengthen Tier 2 and Tier 3 intervention frameworks and case management processes
- Build staff capability in delivering reasonable adjustments and meeting legislative requirements
- Provide strategic leadership to ensure alignment between inclusion, engagement, and behaviour frameworks
- Collaborate with leadership and teaching teams to respond to the diverse learning needs across the school
- Support consistent, evidence-based approaches to inclusion that improve student outcomes
Skills and Experience:
Must Have:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in inclusive education or student support
- Strong knowledge of inclusive practices, differentiation, and intervention frameworks
- Understanding of legislative requirements, including DDA obligations
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and build capacity in staff
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing complex case loads and working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
Nice to Have:
- Experience in large or high-complexity school environments
- Background working with EAL/D learners and diverse student cohorts
- Experience aligning inclusion with behaviour and engagement frameworks
- Familiarity with system-level processes such as staffing allocation or review frameworks
