The position will require oversight of Humanities as well as LOTE within the role.
Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of a rigorous and engaging curriculum that aligns with departmental priorities and supports every student to achieve their personal best.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-expectations learning culture where students are challenged, supported, and empowered to excel academically and develop the skills required for future success.
The successful candidate will:
- Demonstrate outstanding curriculum leadership, with the capacity to lead, mentor, and support staff in delivering high-quality, evidence-informed teaching and learning programs that drive improved student outcomes.
- Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, building strong professional relationships and fostering a collaborative culture focused on academic achievement and continuous improvement.
