About the Role:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  • Provide strategic leadership to develop and implement a shared educational vision that promotes high-quality learning outcomes and future-focused improvement.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and inclusion by embedding socially just practices, maintaining high expectations for students and staff, and supporting positive wellbeing.
  • Lead and manage departmental resources effectively, including human, financial, curriculum, and physical resources, to achieve educational priorities and operational goals.
  • Build strong partnerships with students, families, community organisations, and government agencies to enhance student engagement, learning, and wellbeing.
  • Demonstrate professional and legislative leadership by engaging in continuous professional learning, modelling best practice, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and departmental requirements.
