About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Lead the department in developing and implementing a shared educational vision focused on high-quality learning outcomes and success for all students.
- Promote inclusive and socially just practices while fostering high expectations for student achievement, staff performance, and positive school culture.
- Build strong partnerships with students, parents, community organisations, and government agencies to support educational opportunities and engagement.
- Demonstrate strategic, future-focused leadership through continuous professional learning, innovation, and improvement initiatives.
- Manage departmental resources effectively, including staff, curriculum, facilities, and budgets, while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and education policies.
