About You
The role requires a developed sense of initiative, attention to detail, the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, and for strict confidentiality. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is essential. School-based experienced is desirable but not essential.
Essential Criteria:
- Supportive of, or can demonstrate an understanding and commitment to, the ethos of the Catholic faith in an educational context.
- Displays a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Has expert knowledge and skill in the Microsoft suite of products – i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms, and Teams
- Displays empathy, enthusiasm, commitment and is highly motivated to contribute. Possesses a strong work ethic.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build rapport and interact effectively at all levels of an organisation.
- A solution orientated person, with an ability and a desire, to identify and bring about significant improvement and streamlining of processes, systems and record keeping.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks, meet prescribed deadlines, and concurrently manage several competing tasks.
- Excellent English language skills including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Highly developed keyboard skills and ability to format and present information accurately, quickly and logically.
- Strong ability to minute take.
- Has existing knowledge or an ability to attain knowledge of the Child Safe Standards and the importance of Safeguarding (training will be provided)
