About the Role
As Deputy Principal, you will play a key role in leading strategic and operational priorities across the school.
You will:
- Work collaboratively with the Principal and leadership team to drive school improvement.
- Foster a positive school culture focused on student success and wellbeing.
- Support high-quality teaching and learning through leadership and staff development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, staff, families and the wider community.
- Lead whole-school initiatives aligned to strategic priorities.
- Use data and evidence-informed practices to support decision-making and improved outcomes.
- Manage complex priorities and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous growth.
- Lead and inspire others while supporting excellence across the school.
