The successful applicant will demonstrate strong relational and communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, and experience in line management and staff leadership.

The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong focus on student engagement and wellbeing, alongside knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching practices.
 
As Deputy Principal, you will play a key role in shaping school-wide improvement, leading high-quality teaching and learning, and supporting the Principal in the strategic and operational leadership of the school. The role involves building strong partnerships, guiding staff and student performance, and ensuring inclusive, future-focused practices that align with departmental priorities.
