We're currently recruiting for a well-established nursery in Sunderland that is looking to welcome both qualified and unqualified Nursery Practitioners to its friendly and supportive team. The Role

  • Supporting children's learning and development through play and engaging activities
  • Creating a safe, caring, and stimulating environment
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Encouraging children's confidence, independence, and social development
  • Supporting daily nursery routines and activities
  • Working as part of a friendly and dedicated team
  • What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Early Years Practitioners (Level 2 or Level 3) or unqualified practitioners with previous experience working with children
  • A caring, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A reliable and proactive approach
