We're currently recruiting Nursery Practitioners for welcoming and well-established nursery settings across Newcastle. Whether you're looking for a few days a week, regular ongoing work, or full-time hours, we can offer flexible opportunities that work around you.

We're keen to hear from both qualified practitioners (Level 2 or Level 3) and unqualified candidates with previous childcare or nursery experience who are passionate about making a difference in children's lives.

These nurseries are known for their supportive teams, caring environments, and commitment to providing high-quality childcare. You'll be joining settings where staff are welcomed, valued, and given the opportunity to develop their skills while helping children learn, grow, and thrive.

The Role

  • Supporting children's learning and development through play and engaging activities
  • Helping to create a safe, happy, and nurturing environment
  • Encouraging children's confidence, independence, and social skills
  • Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Supporting daily routines and ensuring children's wellbeing remains a priority
  • Working as part of friendly and supportive nursery teams

    • What We're Looking For

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, or
  • Unqualified candidates with previous childcare or nursery experience
  • A caring, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
  • A genuine passion for working with children
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A flexible and reliable approach
