    As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and flourish.

    You'll support children's learning through play-based activities, encourage their social and emotional development, and help provide the foundations for a lifelong love of learning.

    We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
  • Has experience working within nursery, pre-school, or childcare settings
  • Has a strong understanding of the EYFS Framework
  • Can create engaging and stimulating learning experiences
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Is caring, patient, and passionate about supporting young children
  • Can adapt confidently to different nursery environments
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team
