We are looking to hear from both qualified practitioners (Level 2 or Level 3) and unqualified candidates with childcare experience who are enthusiastic about supporting young children in their early development. Whether you are seeking full-time, part-time, or flexible ad-hoc work, this opportunity can fit around your availability and lifestyle.

The Role

This is a rewarding and varied role where every day brings something different. You will play an important part in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging indoor and outdoor activities in a safe, stimulating, and fun environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support engaging and age-appropriate activities, including outdoor learning and creative play
  • Encourage children's confidence, independence, and social development
  • Help create a positive, safe, and nurturing environment for all children
  • Build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents
  • Support observations and learning journeys where appropriate
  • Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies at all times

    • What We're Looking For

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or previous childcare experience for unqualified applicants
  • A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach
  • Passion for supporting children's learning and development
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding, or willingness to learn
  • Flexibility and reliability
