The Role:

  • Teaching your specialist subject at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities may be available depending on school)
  • Planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Creating a positive and safe learning environment
  • Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
  • Working collaboratively with experienced colleagues and mentors

    • What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending qualification
  • ECTs passionate about teaching and making a difference
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills (or a willingness to develop these)
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • A professional, reflective, and positive attitude
