Your opportunity:

As Deputy Principal, you will support the Executive Principal in leading the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic direction of the school, while fostering a culture of high expectations, inclusion, wellbeing and continuous improvement.

  • The successful applicant will play a key role in shaping a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement, achievement and success across all aspects of school life.
  • This role has specific responsibility for the leadership of Years 9 and 10, Student Services and attendance, ensuring a coordinated and proactive approach to student wellbeing, engagement and support.
  • Redbank Plains State High School is seeking a future-focused and values-driven leader who demonstrates strong organisational capability, strategic thinking and a commitment to equity and excellence in education.
  • Working collaboratively with staff and stakeholders, the successful applicant will lead initiatives that strengthen teaching and learning, build staff capability and enhance outcomes for students across the school community.
