- The role requires an experienced leader who can confidently manage complex operational responsibilities, including whole-school timetabling and workforce planning, while maintaining a clear focus on teaching and learning excellence.
- A proven ability to lead pedagogical reform, use data to inform decision-making, and foster a culture of reflection, accountability and continuous improvement will be highly regarded
