Complex Needs Support Staff

Roles: Full Time, Part Time and pool staff

Location: Teesside based schools

Pay: £95-£110 p/day

The Role:

Veritas Education are currently working with a range of complex needs schools and settings within the Teesside area, catering for children and young adults. The specialist settings support a range of complex, medical, physical and severe learning disabilities, with a learner centered approach to supporting their needs. With fantastic facilities, and inclusive staffing teams, this is the ideal role for anyone experience in complex care and medical support!

Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting complex physical, medical and learning disabilities.
  • Happy to support with dietary care/Peg Feeding
  • Must be comfortable supporting personal care and changing support.
  • Previous experience in Moving and Handling/Mobility/Hoist support
  • Comfortable assisting with medical support and medication administration
  • Flexible working across various age groups and complex classes

    • You will require a DBS on the update service but we can facilitate if a new application is needed.
