Your Role
Responsibilites include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the delivery of business services with a high degree of autonomy, driving operational outcomes, modelling best-practice service delivery, and fostering a positive, high-performing culture within a dynamic school environment.
- Provide leadership and oversight of executive and administrative support services, managing competing priorities, interpreting departmental policies, and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage all aspects of human resources for school support staff, including workforce planning, recruitment, induction, performance management, professional development, and talent identification to build a capable and engaged workforce.
- Partner with the Principal to lead organisational change, ensuring human resource practices align with current legislation, awards, and policies while supporting staff to thrive in an evolving workplace.
- Contribute to the school's financial sustainability by supporting budget development, monitoring and reporting on financial performance, ensuring compliance requirements are met, and providing strategic financial advice to the Principal.
- Oversee facilities and project management activities, including maintenance and improvement programs, contractor engagement, and resource planning, while building strong networks with stakeholders to promote best practice and continuous improvement in corporate services.
