Step Into Your Next Chapter:
This position's key Roles and Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate Return to Work and WorkCover case management in collaboration with the Leadership Team
- Coordinate Work Health and Safety (WHS) functions, including ASA processes, WHS meetings, and injury management
- Line management of the Cleaning Team and casual staff (including Teacher Aides, Cleaners, and School Officers), escalating significant matters to the Strategic Services Business Manager or Principal as required
- Assist with the development and implementation of Annual Performance and Development Plans (APDPs) for support staff
- Support the daily supervision and operational management of support staff
- Manage core HR administrative functions, including timesheets (TLM System), leave management, casual claims, and TRS booking processes
- Oversee daily staff supervision, timetable coordination, and staffing allocations
- Coordinate and manage Non-Contact Time (NCT) allocations
- Develop, maintain, and manage Playground Duty timetables
- Provide advice and practical solutions to internal and external stakeholders on routine administrative matters (HR, finance, and facilities), ensuring alignment with policies and procedures
- Support recruitment and selection processes for support staff, including advertising, shortlisting, onboarding, and induction
