Position Information
Bronte Public School is a K-6 Eastern Suburbs school with an enrolment of 280 students. Bronte Public is accessible to the local community maintaining an inclusive environment with a community spirit. Our students perform exceptionally well in a range of endeavours and we share high educational expectations for every student. This is nurtured through a strength based approach, collaboration with all stakeholders and extensive opportunities. The school focuses on engaging all students with successful experiences while nurturing strong student representation and agency; integrating the creative and performing arts, sustainability and technology and engagement in the local community. Children's creativity, character and thinking skills are fostered, and their achievements in learning, effort, participation and social justice are recognised and celebrated.
Through our situational analysis, we have identified a need to engage the community in learning programs to support a strong network of support for every student. Further work to deliver quality differentiated instruction to support individual students including additional needs and those identified as high potential and gifted.
Continual analysis and use of student performance data will determine areas of need and success and the involvement of the whole school community in the process will ensure a culture of high expectations and student engagement.

Visible and collaborative leader who fosters a positive, inclusive school culture supporting wellbeing and maximising opportunities for student voice
Experience building capacity by inspiring and mentoring staff to implement effective teaching and learning, using an evidence-based approach to foster student growth and drive continuous school improvement
Proven ability in using data to lead curriculum implementation, ensuring all learners are challenged and engaged
Highly developed skills in building collaborative partnerships with families and the community with capacity to lead school initiatives that enhance student engagement and promote inclusive participation
Conditions
An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.
